Ingredients
- 6 (7oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 4 sprigs parsely
- 4 sprigs cilantro
- 4 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup VOSKOS Original Plain
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 2 teaspoons capers, rinsed and drained
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 small head red leaf lettuce, chopped
- 4 adishes, very thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
