This delectable gingerbread cake gets its vibrant flavor from molasses, cinnamon, ginger and brown sugar. Also, it’s extra moist thanks to the addition of VOSKOS® Greek Yogurt, and makes for a wonderful dessert around holiday time that everyone can enjoy.


  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose baking flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
