Greek Yogurt Lemon Pound Cake

A light and delightfully lemony pound cake that tastes surprisingly like it’s rich in butter, even though it contains no butter at all. VOSKOS® Greek Yogurt and canola oil are used in place of butter for a healthier version of this classic favorite that has a burst of sweet lemon in every bite.


  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 egg yolks (or whole eggs)
  • 1/2 cup VOSKOS® Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 lemon (zest and juice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • For Icing
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons reduced fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
