  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten

  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
