Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup butter, softened to room temperature
  • 2 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups VOSKOS® Raspberry Greek Yogurt
  • 1 ounce red food coloring (liquid or gel)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 1/4 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  •   
  • For Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, cold
  • 1 cup butter (2 sticks), softened to room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 6 cups powdered sugar, measure then sift
