Cocoa Protein Pancakes with Blueberry Yogurt Sauce

Make your favorite breakfast a healthy one with delicious, chocolaty pancakes that have it all: they’re gluten free, have a clean list of ingredients and still taste amazing! Plus with 20 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber per serving, they are incredibly filling.


  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 3/4 scoop chocolate whey protein powder (gluten free)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla Almond Milk
  • 5 drops chocolate stevia (optional)

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • Grated dark chocolate for garnish
