It’s grilling season! These carne asada tacos are perfect for your graduation party, summer night party, or Father’s Day.

Ingredients

2 lbs. Flank steak
1 cup plain Voskos Greek yogurt
1 tbs. white wine vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 tbs. olive oil
1 small white onion, chopped
2 roma tomatoes, chopped
Taco Sauce Ingredients
½ cup Plain Voskos Greek yogurt
2 tsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
6 dashes of hot sauce
Juice of 1 lime

Directions

Carne asada marinade: Use a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, s+p and olive oil. Mix until combined. Use a large zip lock bag, place your meat in the bag and pour the yogurt mixture over the top. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the meat until the meat is completely covered. Pre-heat your grill and make the taco sauce.

Taco Sauce: combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Start with the Greek yogurt and add all the spices, s+p, juice of 1 lime, as much hot sauce as you desire and 2 tsp. of cilantro. Cover and chill in the fridge while you grill.

Grill: cooking time will vary depending on your grill and likeness of temperature.
