  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper to taste 
  • 2 cups chopped skinless, boneless rotisserie chicken breasts
  • 4 mini-brioche buns, sliced in half
  • 1 cup arugula
