A wonderfully moist citrus cake that gets its flavor from fresh lemon juice. Using Greek yogurt is what gives the cake its smooth and airy texture that’s great for dessert or as a sweet accompaniment to your morning coffee. Add a sprinkling of powdered sugar on top for a sweet finishing touch.


  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup soft butter
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups VOSKOS® Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
