Buttery crisp pastry, creamy Greek yogurt and sweet peaches combine in this tart recipe to make the perfect summer dessert!

Ingredients

1 sheet frozen puff pastry dough, thawed
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup VOSKOS® Original Plain
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 cup sliced peeled ripe peaches

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place dough into a 14 x 8-inch rectangle. Lightly score dough along each edge, 3/4 inch from edges. Brush scored edges lightly with water, and fold over onto remaining dough, creating a border. Press gently to adhere. Pierce bottom of pastry dough with a fork. Freeze for 10 minutes.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned. Cool completely on pan or a wire rack.

While tart shell bakes, combine cream cheese, yogurt, and brown sugar in a medium bowl, stirring until smooth. Spread yogurt cream mixture on bottom of tart shell. Arrange peach slices over yogurt mixture. Cut into 8 rectangles. Serve immediately.
