Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Black Olive Yogurt Sauce

Who doesn’t love shrimp, and food on skewers? These succulent shrimp skewers are super easy to make, and dipped in the Greek yogurt sauce, they are absolutely delicious. Great as an appetizer, or as a main course in a light summer meal.


  • 1 pound (21 to 24 count) shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 6-inch wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 3 tablespoons Grape Seed Oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper 
  • 1 cup VOSKOS® Original Plain
  • 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 green onion, minced
  • Serrano and Red Chili Peppers, thinly sliced for garnish
