Pan-seared cod with a beautiful golden crust is enhanced by our delicious green sauce. Tasty and healthy – it’s the perfect combination!

Ingredients

  • Green Sauce:
  • 1/3 cup fresh celery juice (from about 2 stalks)
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro juice (from about 2 cups, lightly packed)
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar or lemon juice
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Fish and Potatoes:
  • 1 pound baby potatoes (as small as possible)
  • Sea salt to taste 
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided, plus more for drizzling
  • 4 (4-ounce pieces) cod fillet
  • Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 4 scallions, trimmed
