Ingredients
- Spicy Jalapeno Sliders:
- 1 lbs. organic grass-fed ground beef
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
- 2 shallots, diced
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup VOSKOS® Original Plain
- 1/4 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
- Pinch of garlic powder, salt and pepper
- Sauce:
- 1 cup VOSKOS® Original Plain
- 1/4 cup store-bought Salsa Verde green sauce
- 12 mini rolls
- Vegetables:
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus
- 1 lb. baby eggplants, halved lengthwise
- 1 lb. baby yellow squash, trimmed, halved lengthwise
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 peaches, sliced
- 1 mango, sliced
- 1 pineapple, sliced
- Carrot Tzatziki:
- 1/2 lb. carrots, finely shredded
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed through a press
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups VOSKOS® Original Plain
- Grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
